The staff was amazing and was always up to help with any of the problems we had or to teach us how do all the activities . Hostel is pretty social mostly because of its bar, where everybody meets and drinks. The breakfast is enough and well organized and beds are confortable :) However, december is the busiest moment of the year in Zagreb so the amount of work was quite big in my case and one day off was not enough to disconnect. We also had a problem of coordination, so some volunteers had to change hostel (everything payed by them) for some days. All in all, I would recommend this hostel!

The hostel is a nice hostel. It's a bit far from downtown, but it's close to one of the most beautiful parks in Zagreb. I liked volunteering there, even though the night shift was a little bit tiring because besides reception I also had to clean the common areas of the hostel. I also feel like the cleaning could be improved a little bit. I like how we could eat the breakfast food anytime and how the owners were always trying to fix little problems in the staff room se we could have the best experience. It's not a party hostel but you can meet nice people to go out with. Thank you for everything!

The hostel itself wasn't very terrible. There were some obvious issues, but nothing insurmountable. No hard feelings, I wish them the best.

My time in the hostel was incredible, the city have a lot of pretty places which are worth visiting and the aspects most remarkable are the staff member and volunteer which are welcoming, friendly and empathetic. i will really miss these days in this place.

This was my first experience on worldpackers. I came with no expectations and it was a very nice experience. The staff are all together like a big family and every day you get in contact with people all over the world. In my free time I got to know and love Zagreb and the area around. If you have the chance to work and volunteer there take it. I can only recommend it :)

Fue una grata experiencia, he aprendido mucho y básicamente el hostel es lo que describe todas las reseñas que tiene. Ahora solo mi punto de vista negativo: A comparación de otras ciudades Zagreb es caro. Por el trabajo y la exigencia que demandan estaría bueno que los dueños dieran algo mas que un desayuno. El ambiente es bueno, pero lo que no corre vuela en este hostel por lo que recomiendo ser discretos en cuanto a lo que hablan con ciertas personas. Me llevo tres personas hermosas en mi corazón que son Ema, Marina y Matea. Gracias por todo el cariño y la diversión!!!

I definitely enjoyed my time in Zagreb with this option and the good vibes of el hostel, all staff is really kind, the owners are super friendly and Matea is a very nice person who heard and attend her volunteers. 😊 Regards guys!! Definitivamente disfruté mi tiempo en Zagreb con esta opción y el buen ambiente del hostel, todo el personal es muy amable, las propietarias son muy amigables y Matea es una muy buena persona que escucha y asiste a sus voluntarios. 😊 Saludos chicos!!
