If you enjoy the rustic way of life living off of the grid with solar electricity and no running water this might be a work exchange you would enjoy. Personally this wouldn't be a lifestyle I would want for an extended period of time, but after a week it did make me appreciate my creature comforts like taking a hot shower instead of washing up out of a bucket and having bathroom doors that shut and lock or at least shut. The tasks include shoveling a lot of cow poop and cleaning the stable, gardening, helping herd and watering the cows, moving wood, help make and repair cow feeders,
