I spent 4 weeks in the guest house and Annie and Peter made me feel very confortabe there. All the people I met were very kind and friendly with me. I could improve my english and learn a lot about irish culture. I really enjoyed listening to music every night and taking dancing lessons. I also could swim in the lake, practice some kayak there and enjoy nature. Thank you so much for taking care of me and letting me be part of your great family. I will miss you and I will miss those amazing days!

The time that I spent in the guest house was incredible. I had so much fun dancing even though I was a little bit lost with the step. I enjoyed exploring the house, walking around the river and the forest, and swimming in the lake. I have been living in Ireland for almost two years, and this was the first time that I could experience the Irish culture. It is not an judgemental environment where all the people involved in this community will encourage you to be yourself and connect with your artistic side. Annie and Pete thank you so much for having me, I hope to see you very soon!!

My wife and I had a great experience at the guest house. Annie and Peter are lovely and they always helped us to feel comfortable and happy. We learned a lot in that period and we had amazing moments working, dancing, listening traditional music or just sharing informations. Our experience in one word: incredible. It was two weeks of great cultural immersion: we learned a lot about Irish culture, learned traditional dances, we did trails, lake bathing, joyful nights with lots of music, ate traditional dishes, met new people, we practiced English, etc. The work is important, but nothing too difficult, they need help with gardening, painting, general repairs and cleaning. If you want a complete worldpackers experience, the guest house is the ideal place for you. Our thanks for everything Annie and Peter, you are special and will be forever in our heart.

I loved my time in the guest house; went there thanks to the reviews of other travelers and the place exceeded my expectation 😊. the guest house is close to town but surrounded by green and sheep and just a short walk from Mask lake and the woods. Here you work but you also cook, dance, listen to live music and laughs lots 🥳 I felt at home with Annie and Peter, enjoyed many talks with them and the rest of the people in the house. If you want to rest from the city, if you want to learn from a different culture or if you just enjoy building works, this is your place! 🤟

We arrived in the middle of December, my boyfriend and I. We were very well received by our hosts. With Annie and Petter we learn words in English and Irish, about cooking and seasoning. Annie Mastercheff prepared breakfast, sweet and savory breads, lunch and dinner with vegetables, hot and delicious foods. Working hours and tasks are as described. Great musicians, they taught us to dance with a lot of patience and joy. Luckily we were at Christmas and it was incredible, everything! Thank you very much Annie, Petter and Franchesco, the cat, we feel at home!

Increíble experiencia. No sabría describir con palabras lo agusto que me he encontrado con Annie y Petter, como en casa. Fantástica localización con mucha naturaleza. En la casa siempre hay gente de diferentes puntos del planeta, se aprende muchísimo. Podrás oir música en directo, dar clases de baile o charlar durante horas. Recomendable 100x100.

It was my first volunteer experience and everything was excellent. They'll know everything they want to learn about the place, the culture and the language. with Annie and Peter they will have the opportunity to dance for hours, sing and laugh. They'll eat delicious meals that Ben prepares.You'll meet people all the time, people who host the big house and those who live there too. changing thoughts, ideas and ways of seeing things is the best thing that can happen to them to learn. with them he returned to feel the music.
