This was my first Worldpackers experience and I couldn't have picked a better place. the hostel felt like home thanks to Alex, Arwin and the other volunteers. The atmosphere in the hostel is always great, you get to meet new people everyday and make really good friends. The work there is easy and you can always count on Alex and Arwin for help. The other volunteers became my family, and the guests were always super nice, too! I would love to come back some day and I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone!! Thank you so much for everything the hostel❤️🌶️

Alex and Arwin are super wholesome hosts. They ask you every week if you have some special days you want off and the work was suuuper easy. Only 3 shifts a week and the hostel is located pretty much in the centre of Pest which was also suuuper useful 🥰 all the guests are soo cute and it is a pleasure to spend my summer here! I can only recommend :)

I'd absolutely recommend this position at the hostel! It really feels like a volunteering, because Alex & Arwin are always around to help you, when there's something to do! The hostel itself is the right balance between quiet and socializing! You will never feel alone. Meeting other travelers is very easy, because everybody I met was very open-minded. My only small suggestion of improvement is the small volunteers-room, and the fact that there are only two fans and no Air-Condition, but as far as I know Arwin is already working on that! :)

The hours are respected and they're flexible which is great for who's traveling. You're gonna have a lot of free time on the days you work in the morning shift. The tasks are cleaning and taking care of reception, so sometimes is tiring but sometimes it can be chill. Overall I had a great time, Budapest is such an amazing city and I felt very welcomed since the beginning! Alex and Arwin, thank you for everything :) The only thing is that the staff room is small to fit everyone, so don't bring a lot of stuff!

I loved my time at the hostel! The staff here feel like family. The days you work can be long but it's only 2 days a week, so it's a great balance with being able to do other things on all of your days off. The work is easy. It may not be the most social hostel in terms of activities, but you have the option to run activities yourself and cook family dinners if you want to! The vibe is v chill. The location is awesome. My only regret is not staying longer, cause one month feels too short :( if you have any questions, pls feel free to message me!! :)

I could not of picked a better place to volunteer in Budapest. Arwin and Alex are great dudes and very accommodating . If you need supplies restocked or something taken care of, they act fast and get things done. You get a shared dorm with other volunteers (not other guests) which is nice and I had nothing but good experiences with them. Thank you guys for having me!

I had a great time at the hostel and met amazing people during my time. This was my first experience with volunteering at a hostel and I'm grateful that I got to do it here. There is a very social vibe at the hostel and the beds are comfy as well which is a nice added bonus :)

It was such a pleasure to be part of not just a team but a family in which the more time I stayed there the more I felt at home. the hostel has this chill, cozy/friendly environment in which everyone feels welcome and included. The managers (Arwin and Alex) were always there to help and support me in every single task. I was amazed by the flexibility of schedules they give to the volunteers so that they can make the most of their time and never feel "burn out". The hostel has a prime location, so you can reach bars, subway/metro station, bistros, markets and so on just a few steps away!

My experience at the hostel was amazing! I met wonderful people and had a great time. The activities are super simple and easy and the atmosphere is great, the hostel has a cozy vibe and you easily make friends! I highly recommend the experience!
