Mi experiencia aquí no podría haber sido mejor. Se respetan mucho las horas de trabajo y los días libres, por lo que dispones de tiempo suficiente para recorrer Sarande. Las tareas son variadas y sencillas, se hablan y dividen entre los voluntarios. El hostel es muy lindo, sobre todo hecho con mucho amor, y los espacios son muy grandes y limpios. Albano y Marian son anfitriones de lujo, muy buenas personas que hacen se generen esa energía en el team. Estuve unos días enferma y se preocuparon mucho por mi. Gracias a todo el team del hostel!! Ya los extraño ❤️. el hostel próxima 🥰

Mi primer voluntariado y lo volvería a repetir! De hecho habían voluntarios que ya habían llegado antes porque les encantó la experiencia, en lo personal la pase increíble, el horario es muy flexible y tuve la oportunidad de conocer Saranda. La gente es muy cálida y amable. Alban siempre fue muy respetuoso y muy buen anfitrión con nosotros. La temporada baja para mi es perfecta si necesitas tiempo para ti, o si quieres dedicarte a otros proyectos. Yo tuve tiempo para grabar mi álbum musical en este lugar y escribir un libro. Este lugar fue una maravillosa experiencia. Volvería sin duda 🇦🇱🫀

Siendo casi las 10 de la noche me recibió Alban de forma gentil y me indicó mi habitación para que descansara. Al día siguiente fue mi primera tarea que era pintar el cielo del futuro cine, el anfitrión me corrigió y seguí hasta terminar. Siempre tuve libertad para desenvolverme y manejar los tiempos. Puedo decir que aquí es el lugar ideal para personas proactivas, con autoliderazgo y con deseo de aprender. Personas que necesitan que alguien las dirija constantemente o que solo vengan a vacacionar aquí no es el mejor lugar. para ell@s.

Even if my stay was short, i enjoyed it at the hostel. The hostel is beautiful and quite new. During low seanson, you have to do renovation and easy diy which i enjoyed. Albano answers your question and you manage your time. Albano is very kind and gives attention to your wellness in the hostel. Saranda can be quiet offseason, which is good if you wanna have time for yourself, but less nice if you are a party person. The city and landscape are astonishing Thank you for everything Albano

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel! I had the flexibility to work on a range of projects, from helping out at reception to working in the garden to updating their Instagram account. Albano was an incredible manager, always very kind and communicative. Also Rahima was the BEST volunteer coordinator <3 There was about 7 volunteers total from all over the world and I loved our little family and I miss them so much! We even got to help raise baby kittens. 10/10 would recommend.

En the hostel tuvimos gratas sorpresas y por eso estoy muy agradecida. Ojalá tengan la oportunidad de vivir esta experiencia. Alban es super buena onda y comprensivo, al llegar lo primero que te hace saber es que si algo te incomoda, se lo comuniques. El trabajo es muy variado y los horarios son flexibles, gran punto a favor. Además de aprender cosas específicas del trabajo, hicimos diversos paseos, a las termas, al mar, caminatas, monasterios, skate, pelis, hicimos juntos comidas tradicionales y disfrutamos mucho de conocer los alrededores. Esperamos volver!!!!! Gracias por todo 🥰

Que gran experiencia!! Se me pasaron lis dias rapidísimo. Alban es muy divertido, activo, siempre tiene propuestas para conocer lugares y gente. Con respecto a las tareas, había varios proyectos y podíamos elegir el que nos gustaba mas e incluso ir cambiando de uno a otro. Aprendi sobre huerta, construccion, gastronomia Albanesa, fue un combo completo. Sin duda que super recomiendo venir al hostel. Gracias Alban por todo!!

Mi experiencia en the hostel fué increible, no solo por la persona que és alban, pero saranda es un sítio precioso. Estuve en la baja temporada y en actividades de reparo, pero los horários siempre fueron flexibles, hicimos muchos paseos por la region y aprendi muchisimo aqui. Creo que en en verano la rutina es mas intensa, pero a mi me fue 10/10.

I had a great time at the hostel with the other volunteers and the guest, everyone was really social and it felt like being at home! There's just one thing, there were a few things that the guest were complaining about and when I was communicating them to Alban it felt like he didn't care about fixing those things! I think it's a great place but I'm sure it can be better Thanks for receiving me Alban

I had a wonderful time connecting with the other volunteers and guests. The hostel really allows for social connection and fosters an ability to explore the surrounding area together. I felt that the initial training could have been better; more information from the start would have been nice. I also felt that the staff got accused if something came up rather than questioned. It didn't feel like the hosts had our back in questionable situations and I did feel like I often had to defend myself and the other volunteers often. The tasks were not quite as I expected, but not unreasonable asks.

It would have been nice to know more about how you were feeling during your stay, you had time and opportunities during your month with us. As far as accusations go, to you personally i only asked questions about system entries and payments. Than that you wanted to advocate for someone else that got imaginative with their behaviour and guests described in detail her appearance and acts is an other thing.
Anyway thank you for stopping by. If you want better communication try practicing yoursefl too, it makes it easier for everyone.
