Alban is an excellent host! He is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! I came down with a head cold right before I left and he let me stay a few more days until I was feeling a bit better! Working at the hostel itself you get to meet so many people from all over the world! I was going out with guests and showing them spots to go to almost every day! There are also near-by restaurants and shops (less than a minute walk) that are really good and fairly cheap!

My experience at the hostel Vida Hostel was really cool! Albano is a very good and flexible person. Working hours are respected and work is easy. Great opportunity to explore the beaches of south Albania, which are just really beautiful!

The experience en the hostel was very nice. I met new people from all over the world, and Albano is very friendly with the volunteers. I think the work is very equitative and you have time to do your things during the day. The hostel is good and you have the room of the volunteers with kitchen and toilet.

The hostel was a home during the weeks I volunteered there. Alban is very friendly and welcoming, and also most of the volunteers were southamerican as me which made the place feel like a real home, super comfortable and warm. I had lots of fun and met amazing people there :) I wish them all the best and I hope I can see them again somewhere ❤

Thanks, Albano, for trusting LatinAmerica's skills with so much confidence! I had an amazing time at the hostel, it was an incredible exchange of cultural diversity. The working hours have been always respected, and the communication channel is always open. The tasks are simple and the volunteering goes with the flow if you are responsible and follow the way things get done. My first volunteering was at the hostel and I loved my time there. Albano is one of the kindest and most positive people I've met and he makes the hostel a great environment to be in, for guests and volunteers! We were 8 volunteers and did everything together, went on trips and explored beautiful Albania. The busy season could be challenging sometimes, but the team is very united and makes everything work out at the end. I'm very grateful for the time I spent in this place and highly recommend if you're looking for a chill and friendly environment.

I've had an amazing time in the hostel. Alban is such a great person. He is very calm and uplifting. The working hours are very flexible. At the beginning we as volunteers were a little confused about the tasks and the shifts, because Alban let us organize all that. But since we were having a trouble with it, he helped us with the work schedule and explained each task. Alban is very open minded and made me feel at home. The volunteers have their own space, with the room, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. I made amazing friends at the hostel. I recommend it!
