I had the opportunity to try differents tasks along my stay at the guest house. The most important for me was the possibility of working as a receptionist and improve a lot my french. Thanks a lot for that! I could meet many interesting people during my stay there and also practiced English and Spanish. Noisy-sur-École is a beautiful and small village surrended by the nature. Be aware that the place is really big and sometimes the team gets small, so you will have to work more than accorded hours.

My stay in the guest house Fontainebleau was amazing, the team of volunteers was the best that i could have, everybody is patience and has the will of teaching the tasks, i made friends there that i will bring with me for my whole life. The work is really hard on the high season so you need to be flexible about the worker hours. Sthepane is a good man who had the patience of taught me everything, he payed us movie theater, a visit to Château de Fontainebleau and beers, also he allowed us use the cars whenever we want to go to the market or hangout in the close city. I definitely recommend

Caribou was an amazing experience! You're gonna have the opportunity to learn lots of new skills, as you do different activities each day (like housekeeping, cooking, painting, gardening, etc). You also have free time to have fun in the area, do accrobranche, biking, bouldering, explore the forest and play lots of sports with the family, helpers and guests. Stéphane and his family are great and very friendly! Our helpers team was amazing, you end up making friends from all over the world! The volunteers live together in the Helper's House. Caribou was great and will be missed! Super good!

Caribou it's an amazing place if you're willing to da lot of hard work and you're a flexible person! You will learn a ton of new skills and practice a lot of sport (you will learn new sports as well) The localization it's perfect if you love staring at the stars by night and be surrounded by nature all time. You'll have plenty of forest and villages to explore, go ciclying, bouldering... You'll have some time to practice your french with guests as well, though volunteers usually speak in english! To sum up, if you're a sports and nature lover and don't mind working hard I'd recommend it!

I fell in love with Caribou! Not only because the place is beautiful, but mostly because of the wonderful people I met and the wonderful things I've done. The Durocher family is cheerful, funny and open-minded, making you feel comfortable being part of the team. The volunteers get along so easily that without you noticing they become your new family. You work hard, but you have many perks too. So, go for it! You won't regret it! Play sports, climb, swim, try the accrobranche, walk through the forest, ride a bike, watch the sunset, sleep in a bubble looking at the moonlight... HAVE FUN!!!
