The hostel was an incredible home for a whole month. I truly felt care for how I was feeling, and they know how to manage any unexpected situation (getting sick for example). They helped me with every doubt I has ans I always maintained a close relationship with everyone. Shoutout to Jess for being an amazing manager, she makes sure everything is organized and really cares about everybody having a great time, an empathetic and amazing boss. This place immediately captures you. From the genuine welcome & smiles coming from the local staffs, to Jess and Caleb welcoming you as family. You'll need to be extremely extroverted, as this job is very social. Although if that's apart of you, it won't feel like work. My time here connecting with the locals, other travelers, and the island, was unforgettable. Id 100% recommend the hostel to anyone.

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel!! The managers and local staff are absolutely amazing people, and there is such a good sense of community with the other volunteers. The work is super chill, and the hours are very much respected. forever a proud the hostel Knight!

I had the absolute best time at the hostel! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. The hostel has an amazing social atmosphere, with something happening all the time. Jess, the manager, is truly fantastic, so understanding and great to be around! The entire staff is awesome, making the experience even better. The work is super relaxed, it honestly just feels like hanging out with friends. If you love to party and socialise, this is definitely the place for you!

The hostel environment and management were welcoming, kind and absolute party animals. The atmosphere at this hostel is super inclusive, something happening every night, so if you're a social butterfly and love a good time and drinks I would highly recommend. I was here during the low season so was like 20-30 people a night, still was plenty to do. Jess and Gijis the rep managers are lovely and provide great super to the volunteers. The only thing I would point out is the rep room is not for the faint of heart, since everyone is always drunk or hungover it gets left in abit of a state.

I don't have a bad word to say about the hostel! From the second I walked in and introduced myself I was welcomed with genuine happiness that I was about to join their family. The rep room was cozy but I wouldn't have had it any other way. It brought us all closer together and by the second day on shift we were already talking as though we'd known eachother months, plans have already been made to meet up again. Jess and Gijs were amazing and really looked after me during my time on the hostel! From swapping shifts to giving me the day off when I was ill. I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer!

The hostel is great if you are a party animal! being there was beautiful but also demanding in terms of hours, i appreciated the work of Jess, Elin and Caleb that always tried to keep a mature communication. the dorm for the reps is great and you can get the both from both worlds staying in broken compass, it's so chill and nice the locals working there are great, shout to Rany and Gidi:) felt welcomed

In general it was good. But it's to many hours. Also after your shift in the evening you kind of still working since you bring the people to the club and orga shots. Also Communication could have been better structured. For example I didn't know for 1 week that we had free drinks in one of the clubs. The dorm is a big mess dirty and actually disgusting. Also the AC smelled. Since you have to drink every night… drinks should be free at leastlike 5 mixer every night (other hostels do that). The team was nice and the hostel very social which was great. You were never alone.

I had a very great time volunteering at the hostel, met a lot of lovely people. I recommend it for party lovers, still very intense 😊🫶🏼

Staying at the hostel is an incredible experience, For such a small island there is a wide range of things to do even within the hostel. being a worker here, you have the opportunity to meet a vast range of people and connect with all of them, even though i was working here, it never felt like work. I will definitely come again very soon!!!
