Detalhes

As a Front Desk Volunteer, you’ll be the heart of our hostel, helping create a welcoming, social, and comfortable home for travelers from all over the world. Your main role will be assisting with check-ins and check-outs, answering guest questions, managing bookings, and supporting daily hostel operations. You’ll also help promote and coordinate social activities, keeping the atmosphere fun and inclusive.

We expect our volunteers to be responsible, friendly, and proactive. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to help guests are essential. Shifts are organized in advance, giving you time to explore the city, relax, or join hostel activities.

In return, we offer a supportive team environment, hands-on hospitality experience, cultural exchange, and the chance to meet people from many different backgrounds. You can expect clear guidance, fair schedules, and a place where your contribution truly matters.

Atividades & Turnos

Volunteers will help around 30 hours per week, mainly supporting front desk duties and daily hostel operations. Shifts are scheduled in advance and designed to be fair and balanced, leaving you plenty of free time to explore the city or relax.

You are more than welcome to join all events hosted at the hostel, including social nights, group outings, and special celebrations. These activities are a great way to connect with guests, fellow volunteers, and the hostel team while enjoying the full hostel experience.
