A experiência

We are looking for two responsible, proactive, and friendly volunteers to support the daily operations of our boutique hostel. This is a great opportunity to learn about hospitality, meet travelers from around the world, and enjoy a relaxed and organized environment. You will work 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off, in shifts of 4–5 hours depending on the assigned role.

Detalhes

Depending on the day and shift, you may support one or several of the following tasks:

Breakfast & Common Areas: take down breakfast, wash dishes, clean reception, help set everything for the next day, check cleanliness of common areas, support bathroom cleaning.

Reception 1: prepare beds for check-ins, contact guests to confirm arrival times, assign beds, follow up on laundry, turn off A/C units.

Reception 2: send welcome messages to new check-ins, inspect all areas, follow up on laundry, monitor pending arrivals, turn on terrace and pool lights.

Reception 3: follow up on laundry, check all areas, receive pending arrivals, turn on A/C units at night, empty trash bins in reception, bathrooms, and kitchen.

Bathrooms & Rooms: detailed cleaning, making beds, refilling soap and shampoo, sweeping and mopping under beds, removing trash.

Laundry: support throughout the day as a shared task within the team.
