The experience

Our beach hostel is looking for young travelers who want to experience real island life. We welcome social, active, and friendly people who enjoy the beach, surfing, and meeting others.

Roles may include being a social host, helping at the bar, yoga, music, reception, and kitchen support.

You give a few hours a day and bring good energy — and in return, you get free stay, amazing vibes, surf life, and a global community 🌊✨.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Activities & Shift

4 to 5 hours a day, 5 days a week

🌞 Social Host

-Engage with guests and create a friendly environment
-Lead beach trips, sunset meetups, and game nights
-Help organize weekly activities (BBQs, tours, surf sessions)

🍹 Bar Crew

-Assist bartenders with serving drinks
-Help create a lively bar atmosphere
-Support during events and parties

🧘 Yoga Instructor

-Lead morning or sunset yoga sessions
-Help create a holistic, wellness-focused experience

🎤 Music & Open Mic Host

-Host open mic nights
-Share your music or support guest performers
-Bring creative energy to the hostel

👋 Reception / Front Desk

-Assist with check-ins and guest questions
Support daily operations
-Keep the vibe warm, helpful, and welcoming

🍽 Kitchen & Service Helpers

-Support chefs during service hours
-Help with plating, serving, or simple prep
-Keep the dining area clean, fun, and organized
