The experience
I need volunteers to work the shifts from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The tasks include taking food orders for guests, preparing drinks such as coffee and cocktails, and supporting the hotel with necessary duties.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details
WORK SCHEDULE FOR RESTAURANT VOLUNTEERS
1. Shifts
Shift 1: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Shift 2: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Volunteers may choose one shift or register for both depending on availability.
2. Main Duties
A. Before the shift (first 10–15 minutes):
Check in and receive task assignments.
Ensure uniform and appearance are neat and proper.
Prepare the service area:
Clean tables and chairs
Arrange napkins and menus
Check the bar area and tools
Refill glasses, cups, ice, and ingredients
B. During the shift
1. Customer service
Greet guests and provide menus
Introduce food and drinks when needed
Take food & beverage orders
Record orders accurately in the system / order sheet
Serve food and drinks to the correct tables
Check on guest satisfaction during their meal
2. Beverage preparation
Prepare coffee, juices, and basic cocktails
Garnish drinks according to standards
Keep the bar area clean and organized
3. Support for restaurant & hotel
Clear tables after guests leave
Reset table settings
Assist reception during busy times
Help deliver items when needed
Maintain overall cleanliness
C. End of shift (last 10–15 minutes):
Clean the work area
Report any issues during the shift (ingredient shortages, incidents…)
Handover to the next shift (if any)
Sign out to end the shift
3. Requirements
Friendly, proactive, good communication
Able to work in a team
Basic drink-making skills (training provided)

There are activities such as organizing birthdays, weddings, and other customer events, including decorating for these events.
Rules
Rules for Volunteers
1. Time & Attendance
Arrive on time for every shift.
Inform the supervisor at least 2 hours in advance if you cannot come.
Stay in your assigned area unless given permission to leave.
2. Professional Behavior
Always be polite, respectful, and friendly with guests.
No arguing, shouting, or inappropriate behavior.
Maintain professional body language and communication.
3. Uniform & Appearance
Wear the required uniform clean and tidy.
Hair must be neat; no strong perfume.
Keep personal hygiene high at all times.
4. Work Responsibilities
Follow instructions from managers or team leaders.
Serve guests quickly and accurately.
Handle food and drinks with care and cleanliness.
Keep all areas clean: tables, bar, service station, and equipment.
5. Safety & Cleanliness
Always wash hands before handling food or drinks.
Follow safety procedures for equipment (coffee machine, blender, etc.).
Report immediately if something is broken or unsafe.
6. Personal Use Rules
Do not use your phone during the shift unless for work or emergencies.
Do not eat or drink in the service area.
Do not take restaurant items for personal use.
7. Teamwork
Support other volunteers and staff.
Communicate clearly during busy times.
Help keep a positive and cooperative atmosphere.
8. Confidentiality
Do not share internal information of the restaurant or hotel.
Respect guests’ privacy at all times.
