The experience

We are a ski lodge located in one of the most beautiful regions of Japan, known for its warm hospitality, high-quality snow, and welcoming atmosphere. ❄️🇯🇵
We are looking for motivated volunteers to support our operations during the season and help us provide an unforgettable experience for our guests.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English

Between 25 and 30 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

High-standard lodge hosting international backcountry skiers and snowboarders.
You’ll help by serving drinks to our guests after skiing and during dinner service.
You may also be asked to prepare and serve simple snacks. 🍶🍢
