Program Details

We are Paola and Giancarlo, a sailing couple who have been living and traveling aboard our 44ft catamaran for the last 9 years, slowly circumnavigating the globe. When we are not at sea, we run a language school in the UK, renting a university campus each July and August to welcome international students who come to study English. The rest of the year, our boat is our home as we promote the school and explore the world — one island at a time.

We are currently in Krabi, Thailand, and in September we will be hauling the boat out of the water in a beautiful and peaceful marina for essential maintenance and upgrades.

In exchange for your help, you will enjoy your own private en-suite queen bedroom on our very well-kept and comfortable catamaran. You will also have the opportunity to experience real boat life in a stunning tropical setting.

Once the maintenance work is complete, you are warmly invited to sail with us through the spectacular islands of Krabi and Phuket, enjoying turquoise waters, hidden bays and peaceful anchorages.

Looking ahead, in January we plan to begin our journey back to the Mediterranean via the Suez Canal, stopping along the way in Sri Lanka, the Maldives and the Red Sea. For the right person, this could be a truly unforgettable adventure.

We spend most of our time at anchor and love the slow, mindful rhythm of life at sea. If you are independent, reliable, hands-on and open to simple, beautiful living, w
