🎥 Create photos & videos, post on IG, TikTok & FB, and bring in fresh ideas.
📱No professional experience or equipment needed — your phone and a good eye are enough.
🕒 Flexible schedule, ~25 hrs/week, focus on creativity & output.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Intermediate English or Beginner Spanish

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

👀 You don’t need to be a professional. If you enjoy social media and have a good eye for photos and videos, your phone is all you need.

🕒 How we would like to work:
✨ We’re open to your skills and interests and will create a simple content plan together for your stay
✨ Flexible working hours – we care more about results than fixed schedules
✨ The workload is expected to be up to 25 hours per week.
✨ We expect at least 5 posts/reels per week; plus 5 additional posts prepared for after your stay (more is always welcome)

Activities & Shift

💻 Tasks include:
✨ Creating photo & video content (Reels / TikTok)
✨ Posting on Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
✨ Showing daily hostel life, tours & activities (guests with consent)
✨ Promoting scooter rental, tours & small store
✨ Writing short captions (English, Spanish is a plus)
✨ Brainstorming creative content & trends

🎒 How this works in practice:
To create authentic content, volunteers may receive strong discounts on our tours or use a scooter for day trips (only paying fuel). In return, we ask you to create and edit content around these experiences — for example short Reels or TikToks about tours, fun scooter rides, massages and yoga platform, daily hostel life, and the overall vibe. We also expect content that features our hostel itself, including rooms, common areas, amenities, services, and social moments with other travelers. The focus is on real, natural experiences, not staged advertising. We may ask you to do short interviews with our staff, managers or partners.
