Language Heroes for Kids
The experience
Help children discover new languages through fun, simple, and creative lessons!
What you will do
Teaching English,Spanish,French,German,Portuguese,Italian
Teach kids basic conversational phrases in your native language
Introduce fun activities: songs, games, storytelling, cultural facts
Support reading, pronunciation, and vocabulary practice
Facilitate short daily lessons Monday–Friday
Encourage cultural exchange and confidence-building
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.
Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.
Additional fee required
Amount: US$ 18 Per day
Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers, Materials for volunteer activities, and Donation to project
Description: To sustain this project
What you get
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.
Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.
Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely
Requirements
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
Be from outside Kenya
