Program Details

Develop and maintain internal digital tools to improve daily operations
Create automations to optimise administrative tasks (bookings, check-ins, reporting, etc.)
Maintain and update our website (design improvements, bug fixes, performance optimisation)
Create small web or mobile applications to enhance guest experience
Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, Wi-Fi or digital systems
Support the team by implementing solutions for data organisation and workflow improvement
Collaborate on digital projects for communication, marketing and community engagement
Ensure documentation of all technical processes, tools and updates
