The experience

Join our boutique guesthouse in stunning Ao Phang Nga and support daily operations such as welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins, and helping in our cozy restaurant. With 9 bungalows, 6 domes and a peaceful beachfront setting, this is a warm, friendly place where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand while contributing to the guest experience and connecting with local life in Krabi.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English and Fluent French

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

As a volunteer, you’ll support our daily operations—welcoming guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, and providing helpful information during their stay. You’ll also help in the restaurant by taking orders, propose & prepare cocktails & serve. If you’re handy with tools, wood, DIY, electricity, plumbing, gardening, your skills will be appreciated, and drone owners can help capture beautiful photos or videos of the property. Musicians are also welcome ! Language skills in Thai, English, French, or German are a great bonus!
