The experience

🌎Join us, a cozy, community-focused hostel on the local side of Puerto Morelos, just minutes from the beach. Volunteers help with cleaning, guest check-outs, welcoming travelers and creating a social atmosphere (around 5h/day).

💛We’re looking for positive, respectful and social people who enjoy sharing and community life.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Activities & Shift

🧹 Main tasks

• Cleaning common areas, dorms and private rooms
• Check-outs and pre check-ins
• Welcoming guests and interacting with travelers
• Social life, activities and good vibes
• Help with maintenance and small improvements

Volunteers rotate through all tasks (around 4 hours per day).
