Coffee harvest help on organic farm in the cloud forest 🌳🏕️
The experience
Join us in the heart of the cloud forest, and help with our organic coffee harvest in one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth 🌳. Volunteers lend a hand for 5 hours a day (8am–2pm), 5 days a week, with a 2-week minimum stay.
You’ll stay in glamping-style tents 🏕️ under open-air lean-tos, shared kitchen. Food is provided, and volunteers cook their own meals. Weekends are free to explore.

What you offer

Help look after and take care of animals.
Farming:
Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Tent:
You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Tours:
We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Free Hiking Tours:
We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!
Language lessons:
Take free language classes at our place.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details
Volunteers stay in tents under roofed lean-tos or in tree houses 🏕️, with access to a spacious bamboo kitchen and open-air dining areas that overlook the river valley and cloud forest. We provide the food; you cook your own meals. Outdoor showers and bathrooms.
Yoga, spanish lessons, guided hikes, and birding available.
Activities & Shift
Volunteers help Monday to Friday, contributing 5 hours a day between 8am and 2pm. Tasks include picking coffee fruit, depulping the fruit, and washing and drying the beans. At times, you may also assist with basic animal care or general farm chores.
