The experience

Each day we check that everything in the hostel is working the way it should. This includes walking through the building, repainting our walls, looking for things that need fixing, and making small repairs like tightening screws or changing lightbulbs. We also keep an eye on the bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas to make sure nothing is leaking or broken. Trash areas are checked, supplies are restocked, and we keep outdoor spaces tidy.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

3 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate German

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Open to anyone who is interested in accommodation, great customer service and meeting new people.

Activities & Shift

There are many things to do here as you can see in the description.

A shift is no longer than 6 hours and I will respect requested days off :)
