The experience

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Content Creator to help us share the magic of our new guest house in Tamraght with the world. If you love storytelling, social media, and capturing beautiful moments, this role is the perfect blend of creativity, beach life, and community 🌊📸.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Between 18 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

//Required Skills//

Experience with social media management
Strong video editing skills (mobile or desktop)
Ability to create smooth, aesthetic Reels/TikToks
Good eye for photography & visual storytelling
Knowledge of current social media trends
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable interacting with guests while filming
Household & Cooking skills

Activities & Shift

//Your Responsibilities//

As our Content Creator, you’ll help show what life feels like at our guest house.

Tasks include:

-Creating a strategy & action plan for your stay
-Managing our Instagram & TikTok presence
-Creating reels, short videos, stories, and photos
-Filming and editing daily moments, guest experiences, activities, food, and Tamraght lifestyle
-Planning and scheduling posts
-Shooting high-quality photos for our website and social media
-Joining activities (yoga, surf, dinners, events) to create authentic content
-Occasionally supporting on-site creative ideas or small marketing tasks
- You will also do household tasks like cooking and cleaning

We’re looking for volunteers whose main motivation is to enjoy and share a meaningful, unforgettable experience full of magical moments with our guests ✨.

Volunteers must take their responsibilities seriously — even as volunteers, you’re the face of our home and an important part of our team.

Please inform us at least one month before leaving so we have time to find your replacement.
