What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish or Beginner English

Between 18 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Nuestro Programa de Turnos está diseñado para asegurar un funcionamiento eficiente del hospedaje, garantizando un servicio cálido, ordenado y constante para todos los huéspedes.
Queremos que cada integrante del equipo cuente con horarios claros, tareas definidas y un ambiente de voluntariado equilibrado 🤝.

Activities & Shift

📌 25 horas de ayuda por semana — 2 días libres

🔸 Turno Mañana — 07:00 a 12:00 hrs
Actividades:

-Preparación y organización de desayunos
-Apoyo en recepción cuando sea necesario
-Mantención básica de espacios comunes

🔹 Turno Tarde — 13:00 a 18:00 hrs
Responsabilidades:

-Limpieza general de habitaciones y áreas comunes
-Atención de huéspedes en recepción
-Orden y reposición de insumos

🔸 Turno Noche — 18:00 a 23:00 hrs
Tareas:

-Apoyo en recepción y check-in de huéspedes
-Limpieza ligera y orden de espacios
-Supervisión del ambiente general del hospedaje
