The experience
We are a vibrant, multicultural hostel in the heart of historic Samarkand. Our hostel brings together travelers from around the world to connect, share experiences, and enjoy an unforgettable stay. We are looking for experienced Marketing & Community Manager volunteers.
What you will do:
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Create engaging photo, video, and written content reflecting hostel life and activities
What you offer
20 hours of help per week
Content Writer:
Write, edit and publish inspiring content.
Photography:
Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making:
Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Social Media:
Maintain and update social media channels.
What you get
3 days off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Certificate:
Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements
Fluent English or Fluent Chinese
Between 25 and 35 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
Academy Course How to become an outstanding Worldpacker
Be from outside Uzbekistan
