I had the best time at the hostel! Sarah and Mathilde are the sweetest. The job is easy and only for 3 hours a day. Then you can enjoy your day, using the pool or the ping pong table, or go to the beach with the other volunteers. I would definitely come back if I can!

I had the best time at the hostel! The staff is so kind and super chill! I was also lucky to meet other amazing volunteers and guests! The work is easy and straightforward, only 3 hours per day for 5 days a week. The cabins where the volunteers stay are very cozy. The beaches and nature are stunning! If you're looking for a tranquil escape with good people and chill vibes then this is the place for you :)

I was supposed to stay for 6 weeks, but ended up staying 6 months. The hostel immediately felt like home and I made amazing friends that felt more like family. The work is simple and working hours are clear and respected. I will definitely miss the hostel and the whole team! Until the next time! <3

The hostel is a super nice hostel, and all the staff and other volunteers were lovely. I had a great time here, the work and the hours were exactly as advertised. Towards the end of my stay I did notice it was going into winter and getting a lot less busy, still the hostel is a good place to just hangout. I definitely appreciate the people I got to meet here, both volunteers and staff!

I felt like I was living the dream everyday I was here! The work hours seemed very reasonable and the housekeeping was really chill. There's lots of free time during which I loved sunbathing by the pool and exploring the town and surfing and chilling on the beach. The other volunteers here were so much fun to spend time with so I'm gonna miss them loads! And Sarah was the best boss ever!!

Had the best time at the hostel! The team was great and the hostel has a very relaxing and social vibe. work was 2-3 hours shifts in the morning and allowed plenty of time off to enjoy port Macquarie. Miss it already! 🥲

I loved my stay at the hostel! The volunteering schedule is simple, housekeeping 2–3 hours a few mornings a week, leaving plenty of time to explore the town, or relax at the beach or pool. Staff accommodations are cozy wooden cabins at the back of the property. The hostel itself has a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of common areas, so you can find a quiet spot to relax or hang out with other volunteers and guests. You'll leave with amazing memories and friendships with people from all over the world. I loved my time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun experience! 🥰🥰

I really enjoyed the time that I spent at the hostel, the hostel its self is clean and nice but quiet. Mainly housekeeping but also clean/sort through the bins and gardening. Worked three hours a day for one day off and six hours one day for 2 days off per week, this was unexpected but I didn't mind too much. The work is easy and chill, there is always someone there if you have questions. I wasn't expecting the staff to sleep out back in little sheds which got very grassy and mosquitos, I was slightly mislead by the pictures (hostel rooms shown). Lots todo intown and free bikes

I'll never forget my experience and THE PEOPLE here. the hostel is very social with a large communal kitchen, TV room, pool area + several lounging nooks, plus weekly pizza, trivia + game nights. My work hours consisted of 9:30 am - 12:30 pm 4 days/week, and 9:30 am - 12:30 pm + 2:30 - 5:30 pm 1 day/week, preparing rooms for new guests + cleaning common areas. I stayed in 4 bed cabin in the back staff section with other volunteers. You will likely find yourself spending the most time/hanging out with the other volunteers/staff and connecting with people from different backgrounds/cultures.<3
