From March–September, I open my home in Liguria near Cinque Terre to women 20–50 feeling disconnected. Not a retreat—just a warm home, quiet garden, and space to breathe. The stay is free; we share food costs. I’m healing too and believe we can support and rise together. Message me if this calls to you. 🌿

What you offer

2 hours of help per day

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Additional fee required

Amount: € 1 One time

Fee pays for: Donation to project

Description: A €1 PER MONTH symbolic-rent home in the Umbrian countryside (1 hour from Rome), open to women and couples (20–50) who want simple living, shared learning, and real community.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

This is not a retreat.

The stay is completely free — we only share the cost of food.

I’m offering this because I’m also healing.
My mind has been in a difficult place, and I’m slowly recovering.
I believe we can support each other, soften together, and rise together.
