What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Pub Crawls: Be a part of our pub crawls at local bars!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Program Details

This volunteer exchange offers a blend of hospitality, creativity, and outdoor activities. You’ll support the smooth flow of daily routines at the property while also contributing to creative and hands-on projects.

Volunteers are encouraged to bring positive energy, independence, and a willingness to learn about the local way of life. You’ll have plenty of free time to explore Treasure Beach, meet locals, and enjoy the calm Caribbean atmosphere.
