We’re a cozy hostel–bar–restaurant on Cat Ba Island. More than just a place to sleep, we’re a space for connection, creativity, and cultural exchange. We’re looking for friendly, open-minded volunteers who enjoy meeting people and helping with events, bar shifts, photos, English practice, content creation, or simply spreading good vibes ✨🌍

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
