The experience

IBIZA is not just a restaurant or bar, it’s a premium event destination with live music, pool parties, and international DJ nights. Volunteers become part of the creative energy that makes it all happen.
We are looking for swimming coaches and lifeguards to join our team at a high-end entertainment venue in Mirissa. Volunteers will assist with pool safety, basic instruction, and guest experience.
We are currently prioritizing female applicants.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

We are currently recruiting volunteers to join our team as we prepare for launch. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic, international hospitality & entertainment environment.

Activities & Shift

Daily 4-hour shifts:
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Volunteers may choose any two shifts per working day — approx. 30 hours per week.
