Event Coordinators, Social Media & Promotion Team✨

The experience

We are recruiting volunteers to join our event coordination and social media promotion team at a premium entertainment venue in Mirissa. You’ll help us create, manage, and promote events while engaging with guests and the online community📱
We are currently prioritizing female applicants for these volunteer positions.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

IBIZA is a world-class event and entertainment destination set to redefine leisure and nightlife in Sri Lanka. Located in the heart of Mirissa — one of the island’s most vibrant and scenic tourist hubs — IBIZA brings together high-end entertainment, premium dining, wellness, adventure, and live arts under one exclusive venue.
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic hospitality and entertainment environment as we prepare for launch. Volunteers will work alongside an international team with exposure to nightlife, marketing, and event production.

Activities & Shift

Daily 4-hour shifts:
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Volunteers may choose any two shifts per day — approx. 30 hours per week.
