This is an incredible way to explore Lima, meet locals and connect with other travellers. The food is good, the accomodation is good, the location is great and the staff are all amazing. Highly reccomend!!!

The staff are the best, there is such a fun and supportive community there! It's really cool meeting lots of locals at the parties and creating connections with people. Fair warning you won't do any bartending and it's hard not to get burnt out with only one day off per week. If you're already a nocturnal person, this is a great job for you and you won't miss out on the nightlife in the Lima if you decide to go out after work.

The volunteering at the hostel was a really cool experience and a lot of fun! The parties are great, especially on the weekends. The rooms and the provided breakfast and lunch are really good. The daily hours were always respected. The team of the hostel (Bar, reception, kitchen, cleaning, ... (Little exception: the responsible person of the bar)) is amazing!

This place is fantastic! If you are energetic, party-loving and a late sleeper: this volunteering is for you! You make a lot of close friends and the staff is very friendly. However, the work required on WorldPacker is not exactly the work you will be doing. You will have to da lot more "entertaining" than bartending, in a very noisy environment (beware for sensitive ears). But otherwise, everything was perfect! Can't wait to go back!

I loved my time at the hostel in the hostel! All of the staff were so friendly and kind, and before I knew it I had a family of the hostel locals and staff that it was difficult to leave. I learned how to bartend and this was incredible for my Spanish. Couple of things to look out for, the dorms are shared with the other volunteers so privacy is a little difficult, and the hours are 10pm-3am which both aren't for everyone. Would absolutely recommend:)

La experiencia en el hostel fue muy buena. El intercambio pactado se cumple, el horario es en la noche por lo que hay tiempo libre en las tardes para recorrer. El desayuno y almuerzo son muy ricos y lo mejor es el staff, en general son todos muy amables. Mirla es una gran compañera y sabe comunicarse muy bien. Lastima que al final estando ya en viaje hacia Mancora nos comunicaron que había un problema y no nos podían recibir.

Minha experiência no the hostel foi incrível! Como primeiro voluntariado no começo não sabia se seria capaz de seguir até o fim, mas ao final o sentimento que fica é de satisfação e boas memórias. A equipe é muito simpática e acolhedora e nos tratam como hóspedes. As horas de trabalho são seguidas e disponibilizam escala semanal. Qualquer mudança de horário que precise é só comunicar. O local é um party hostel e o trabalho é animar a festa então precisa gostar, ter energia e estar disposto a abraçar a proposta do hostel.

Minha experiência foi muito boa! Lugar excelente, pessoas legais, comida ótima, trabalho justo. Recomendo demais, com certeza voltarei se tiver a oportunidade. Vale lembrar que é um party hostel, com festas todos os dias, então tem que gostar de festa e ter energia, mas vale muito a pena. O único ponto negativo em alguns momentos foi a comunicação, vão perceber que em alguns pontos ela poderia ser melhor, mas isso não prejudicou nossa estadia em nenhum momento, é só não ter medo de perguntar e todos vão estar dispostos a te ajudar. A toda equipe do hostel, muito obrigado por tudo!!!

Nossa experiência no hostel Lima foi incrível! Toda equipe é extremamente simpática e acolhedora, o quarto dos voluntários e a comida que recebemos é igual a dos hóspedes, ambos muitos bons! A região do hostel é ótima, muitos restaurantes, mercados e parques para passear. Andando 15 minutos chegamos a uma praia, e podemos visitar outras usando transporte público ou por aplicativo. Os horários de trabalho são cumpridos a risca com escalas semanais, e conseguimos até mudar a nossa vaga que inicialmente era apenas para animar festas e intercalamos com produção de conteúdo. Recomendo muito!
