Are you a traveler with a creative eye and love capturing unforgettable moments? Join our team as a Content Creator & Traveler Volunteer and help us share the spirit of our hostel with the world!

You’ll create fun, authentic content that showcases the hostel’s vibe, our amazing guests, and the local experiences that make this place special.

What you offer

6 hours of help per day

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English

Between 18 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

What you’ll do:
Take photos and videos of daily hostel life, guests, and adventures.
Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Share stories that reflect the hostel’s community and travel lifestyle.
Support our team in promoting events, tours, and special activities.

We’re looking for someone who:
Loves traveling, meeting people, and being part of a friendly community.
Has basic photo/video and social media skills.
Is creative, proactive, and enjoys teamwork.
Brings good vibes and fresh ideas!

Activities & Shift

We’re flexible! Volunteers usually help around 5 hours per day, 5 days a week, depending on the activities or events happening at the hostel.

You’ll have two days off to relax, explore the city, or go on adventures.
Some days might be lighter (just capturing content or editing), and others might involve helping during events or social activities — it’s all about creativity and good vibes rather than strict hours.

We value flexibility and trust, so as long as you’re contributing great content and keeping the energy positive, you’ll have plenty of free time to enjoy your travels.
