The experience

As a House Management and Community Leader, you help keep Circles running smoothly while building a warm, entrepreneurial community. You’ll support check-ins, tours, events, social media, organization, deliveries, and daily house needs. You’ll host and promote activities, track attendance and leads, and help create a welcoming atmosphere where members connect and feel at home.


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Fluent English

Over 22 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

• Host events following the schedule, including setup and cleanup
• Lead one Coworking Open House per month with a workshop or speaker
• Promote events online and in group chats
• Create weekly event posters using the template
• Engage the community in external networking events (optional)
• Support co-living and house tours to create a strong first impression
• Record event analytics including attendance, leads, and costs
• Gather feedback and implement ideas to boost the resident experience and overall reviews
• Lead maintenance coordination to ensure the house is functioning smoothly and issues are resolved quickly


Activities & Shift

You'll be sleeping in a dormitory of bunk beds, up to 6 persons with private toilet that has private shower and wc inside.
Up to 28 colivers and 50 coworking seats, gym, social club, great surroundings and best terrace of Barcelona with 360º view of Barcelona & Montserrat mountain, in the middle of a Natural Park and only 25min away (on public transport) of Barcelona’s city center heart Plaça Catalunya (bike up/down:54/26min).
Shifts will depend on role, but generally it's mornings from 10:00 till 14:00, always flexible

Needs to be very proactive in doing new things that help our launch.
Take the initiative to try new things that will make a better result of what we are already doing. Invest yourself in the project.
More rules: Clean the table after every meal; The house needs to always be tidy, clean, and with no garbage (you see something, you clean it); Clean everything after using; Clean kitchen every time you use it; No parties allowed, only if they are on the schedule; Overnight guests are not allowed; Bedroom always clean.
