Volunteer Opportunities – Event & Hospitality Venue in Mirissa✨

The experience

We’re looking for volunteers to join our bartending and service team in a vibrant entertainment venue located in the heart of Mirissa. Roles include:

• Bartenders 🍸
• Stewardess / Service Team ✨
We are currently prioritizing female applicants for these volunteer positions.
No prior experience required for some roles — training will be provided.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Pubs: Get discounts at nearby pubs.

Beginner English

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Activities & Shift

Daily 4-hour shifts:
• 8 AM – 12 PM
• 12 PM – 4 PM
• 4 PM – 8 PM
• 8 PM – 12 AM

Volunteers may choose any two shifts per day (approx. 30 hours/week).
