Come to help us in Luštica, Montenegro

The experience

We are building something meaningful here — a peaceful retreat space on the Adriatic coast where people can disconnect from stress and reconnect with nature, health, culture, and themselves. The project is based in Montenegro, surrounded by mountains, sea air, fruit trees, wild herbs, and silence. Our long-term goal is to create a boutique wellness sanctuary that hosts yoga retreats, detox programs, cultural experiences, and community events.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Additional fee required

Amount: € 30 Per week

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers and Donation to project

Description: Daily tax of 1euro per person,per day to be paid to tourist kiosk. Food costs - 30e per week pp Airport Transfers -15 euro pp one way.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner Serbian

Program Details

At the moment, we are still in an early building and organising phase, and every hand truly makes a difference. We appreciate people who are kind, patient, practical, curious, and comfortable being part of a developing project rather than a fully polished resort.

We provide two meals daily,spring water and tea.

We are in a rural area, yet very centrally located in Luštica Bay. You’ll hear birds, not traffic. The nearest town and supermarkets are about 20 minutes away, Rose is 5 minutes by car, and Herceg Novi is around 12 minutes by boat. Tivat airport is roughly 30 minutes away by car. It’s peaceful, safe, and perfect for anyone who enjoys nature, fresh air, and open space.

Activities & Shift

Around 5 hours of varied work daily — The work is real, meaningful, and sometimes tough — digging, building, lifting, planting, clearing land, and repairs. It’s best suited for someone who enjoys physical tasks and has done something similar before.

Rules

You will have your own private room. Please note that we do not have a natural water source, so we ask that you do not flush toilet paper and that you keep hot showers relatively short to help us conserve water.
