The experience

Olá, Somos um pequeno grupo de amigas e amigos e temos algumas casas na regiao centro de Portugal. As fotos são ilustrativas e sugerimos sempre uma video chamada no Whatsapp para esclarecermos quaisquer e todas as duvidas que naturalmente surjam. Podemos dar como exemplo uma casa na Batalha e outra casa em Alfeizerão, perto da praia de São Martinho do Porto.
Gostamos da natureza e animais domesticos como cães e gatos. Abraços .

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

4 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Intermediate Portuguese or Intermediate English

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Hello, we are restoring an old village house next to our mini hostel. It's halfway between Fátima and Nazaré. We're just 100 meters from Pingo Doce with take away, restaurant and supermarket among other stores. The location is excellent as we are in a quiet neighborhood, but with excellent road access. We need help with maintenance, cleaning, organizing, gardening, etc. We like to travel with visitors and share experiences. We like to get up early and go to bed early. There is a support car for errands and outings and also bicycles for outings,
