Your role will be varied and creative! You’ll help me with:

🎥 Creating social media content: filming, editing, and publishing videos (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

💡 Making sales videos and engaging posts for my real estate business

🤖 Exploring AI tools and creating small automations (ChatGPT, Notion, etc.)

🧹 Helping with household tasks (I’m quite neat and careful with my apartment, so someone who’s careful

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Program Details

We will live together and work mainly on marketing, social media content creation and AI tools. You will participate in creative digital projects related to real estate, content production and online promotion.
We will work together as a team: you help me with marketing and be in charge of the household tasks, and in return, you will receive free accommodation and a positive environment, and the opportunity to learn marketing and IA skills.

After work, we will enjoy activities like going for walks and hiking, exploring the city and cooking together !

Activities & Shift

You will work 4–5 hours per day, 6 days per week. The schedule is flexible depending on the content we plan to create.
Your daily activities may include:

🎥 Content & Marketing Tasks (40%)

Filming and editing videos (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Creating marketing posts, graphics and written captions

Helping produce sales videos for real estate marketing

Researching trends, content ideas and hashtags

Planning the content calendar

Sendind promotional sms/e-mails

Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion and others

Creating small automations and templates

Organizing online workspace and files

🧹 Household and cleaning (20%)

Cleaning and household of my apartment

Helping keep the apartment tidy and organized
