The experience

Do you live in Europe? Join us at Domaine de Gargoris, a peaceful 2.5-hectare retreat, and help us get ready for the new season! Tasks: Gardening, planting, cleaning paths and terraces, room prep, small renovations or painting. You’ll get a cozy private room, an equipped kitchen, and plenty of peace, nature, and starry nights. Free time: Explore Agen, visit medieval villages, hike, or just relax in the quiet countryside. No experience needed!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate French

Between 18 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

European Union Passport

Program Details

Welcome to Domaine de Gargoris! We host two gîtes and a charming chambre d’hôtes in a peaceful rural setting. We are looking for motivated volunteers to help with:

-Cleaning, building, and repairing our accommodation
-Gardening: flower beds, vegetables, and landscaping

You can expect a warm welcome, personal guidance, and the chance to gain hands-on experience in gardening and property maintenance. We host one or a few volunteers at a time, allowing you to be fully involved in life on the property.

Activities & Shift

Work hours are flexible, usually 9:30–12:30 and 13:30–15:30. Lunch is provided; other meals are self-catered.
