The experience

Join our English class in Ba Vi and help us grow online!
We’re looking for a creative volunteer to film, take photos and videos, edit videos, post on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to attract new learners.
You’ll work in a friendly team, improve your English, and enjoy local life in peaceful Ba Vi 🌿

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

About us:
We are offering English classes for kids, teens, and adults, both in-person and online. We create a fun, engaging learning environment and seek a creative volunteer to showcase our school through social media.

Position Summary:
As a Marketing & Social Media Volunteer, you will capture and edit photos/videos, plan posts, and promote our classes, events, and student achievements. Ideal for someone creative with marketing or media skills and an interest in education.

Activities & Shift

⦁ Capture high-quality photos and short videos of classroom activities, online sessions, and events.
⦁ Edit photos and videos for social media, creating engaging and visually appealing content.
⦁ Plan content on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube).
⦁ Create captions, hashtags, and promotional text for posts.
⦁ Collaborate with teachers and staff to plan content around special events, or achievements.
⦁ Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns to attract learners of different age ranges (kids, teens, adults) and both face-to-face and online classes.

⦁ Keep all our materials and content confidential until officially posted.
⦁ Communicate promptly with staff about planned content and campaigns.
⦁ Attend team meetings for brainstorming and updates.
