Give The Kids A Chance
The experience
A program to help the children learning and receive experiences from all the volunteers all over the world. The children will learn language (English), math, culture, games and sports. You will be also presented a small presentation about you country to the children. The children that you will teach are aged between 7 - 15 years old.
What you offer
18 hours of help per week
Teaching Sports:
Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Description:
Volunteers contribute $75 per week to cover expenses for breakfast and transportation to the school.

Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Free Tours:
We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
Language lessons:
Take free language classes at our place.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Certificate:
Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.
Basic Internet Access:
Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Intermediate English or Beginner Portuguese
Between 18 and 40 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
We always ask our volunteer what he or she is good at and we are open with some new ideas. So far this is what our volunteer will be doing at Dilts :
1. Teach English (vocabulary and basic conversation), Math and Art
2. Introduce about your country (small presentation)
3. Playing some games (sometimes the children will teach you about Indonesian games)
4. Football is very popular in Jakarta, so you can also do sport with them.
5. Do some art works (drawing, painting, etc) or
6. If you are good at music you can also teach them with guitar or cajon.
Activities & Shift
Dilts learning centre starts at 14:00 PM - 16:00 PM every Monday - Thursday. Volunteer is expected to be arrive at least 30 minutes before the class start. One day before the volunteer starts working, usually we will have a short briefing or discussion about what the project or lesson will be. After that, volunteer is expected to create their own material to be delivered to the children.
Rules
Volunteers are expected to fill out the adult consent before start working at Dilts Foundation. We are looking for 1 volunteer for every project.
