What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.


What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details



We are seeking creative and enthusiastic volunteers to join our team in the Art, Culture, Fashion, and Design program. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to share your skills and passion for art, culture, fashion, and design with our beneficiaries and contribute to the development of creative projects and initiatives.

*Responsibilities:*

- Assist in the planning and execution of art, culture, fashion, and design-related projects and events
- Develop and lead workshops, classes, or sessions on topics such as fashion design, textile art, painting, and more
- Collaborate with beneficiaries to create art pieces, fashion designs, and other creative works
- Support the organization of exhibitions, fashion shows, and other cultural events
- Provide guidance and mentorship to beneficiaries on art, culture, fashion, and design-related topics
- Assist with social media and content creation for the program

*Requirements:*

- Passion for art, culture, fashion, and design
- Relevant education or experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creativity and enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge

*Time Commitment:*

- Minimum of 5-10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Activities & Shift


As a volunteer in the Art, Culture, Fashion, and Design program, your activities will include:

- Assisting in the planning and execution of art, culture, fashion, and design-related projects and events
- Developing and leading workshops, classes, or sessions on topics such as fashion design, textile art, painting, and more
- Collaborating with beneficiaries to create art pieces, fashion designs, and other creative works
- Supporting the organization of exhibitions, fashion shows, and other cultural events
- Providing guidance and mentorship to beneficiaries on art, culture, fashion, and design-related topics
- Assisting with social media and content creation for the program

*Shift Options:*

- *Morning Shift:* 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- *Afternoon Shift:* 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- *Flexible Shift:* Negotiable hours, including evenings and weekends

*Activity Schedule:*

- *Workshop Facilitation:* Lead workshops and classes on art, culture, fashion, and design-related topics (2-3 hours per week)
- Monday: Fashion Design Workshop (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Tuesday: Textile Art Workshop (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
- Wednesday: Painting Workshop (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- *Project Support:* Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution (2-3 hours per week)
- Thursday: Project planning meeting (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Friday: Project execution (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
- *Event Support:* Assist with event planning, setup, and execution (2-3 hours per week)
- Saturday: Event setup and execution (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- *Social Media and Content Creation:* Create content for social media and other channels (1-2 hours per week)
- Daily: Social media posting and engagement
