The experience

As a volunteer, you’ll teach English to children and teens — focusing on speaking, pronunciation, and real-life communication 🗣️. You can also help with group activities, storytelling, or cultural exchange sessions. Don’t worry — our local teachers will guide and support you!📝

What you offer

3 hours of help per day

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner Russian

Between 18 and 45 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Kazakhstan

What's not included

Volunteers with good English communication skills

Passion for teaching and working with kids

Teaching experience is great, but not required — just bring your enthusiasm!

Activities & Shift

Your main activities:

Teach fun and interactive English lessons for kids and teens (ages 7–17)

Create a friendly atmosphere and help students speak with confidence

Take part in filming short videos for our social media and club promotion

Share your ideas for games, activities, and creative lessons

Rules

We want all volunteers to feel comfortable, respected, and inspired during their stay with us. To keep a friendly and positive atmosphere, please follow these simple rules:

Be kind and respectful — to students, teachers, and other volunteers.

Be on time — classes and activities depend on your presence.

Keep lessons positive and fun — we focus on communication, not strict grammar.

No smoking, alcohol, or drugs inside the center or accommodation.

Dress neatly and appropriately — you’ll be working with children.

Keep your space tidy — respect shared areas and common rules of the house.

Participate with enthusiasm — especially in classes, videos, and cultural activities.

Inform us in advance if you need a day off or feel unwell.
