Looking for 1-2 volunteers to help me with my new Tuscan project

The experience

I have just bought a little house with land, not far from the coast in southern Tuscany. It's the fulfilment of a long-term dream. Going to live there with my dog. I will continue working no more than 20 hours a week online and spend the rest of the time dedicated to renovating the house and developing the garden, where I intend to plant fruit trees and create a veggie patch and herb garden. I'm originally from UK but been in Italy over 30 years.

Program Details

People stay, we get up fairly early, we negotiate together working times and tasks, also according to weather each day. I cook all meals. No more than 5 hours work requested each day, although I will be doing more.

Activities & Shift

I request flexibility. Sometimes banal things like cutting grass or weeds; some heavy work like dismantling and moving things; sometimes more creative work like creating the veggie patch, building a cob oven, stucco and painting work. My approach is trial and error to learn as we go.

Rules

Basic rules of respect for others; keeping promises (also about times), open communication, also if there are issues, which can happen of course - more easily solved if expressed clearly.
