The experience

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have a knack for creativity and fundraising? We're looking for a motivated and loyal Fundraiser Volunteer to join our team and help bring joy to community school children

What you offer

4 hours of help per week

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Program Details

As a Fundraiser Volunteer with Blissful Child Support Initiative Uganda, you'll be part of a dynamic team working to make a difference in the lives of children. Our volunteer program is designed to provide a rewarding and enriching experience for our volunteers while supporting our mission to bring joy and essential resources to children in need.

Key Aspects of the Program

1. Duration: The volunteer program typically lasts for 3-6 months, with a minimum commitment of 2-3 hours per week.
2. Responsibilities: As a Fundraiser Volunteer, you'll be responsible for brainstorming and implementing innovative fundraising ideas, creating engaging content, building relationships with donors, and assisting with event planning.
3. Training and Support: You'll receive training and guidance from our experienced team, including orientation, regular check-ins, and access to resources and tools.
4. Accommodation and Expenses: As a remote volunteer, you'll work from your own location, and we'll provide you with the necessary resources and support to perform your role.
5. Communication: We'll maintain regular communication with you through email, phone calls, or video conferencing to ensure you're on track and address any questions or concerns.
6. Impact and Evaluation: You'll have opportunities to see the impact of your work and provide feedback to improve our fundraising efforts and overall mission.
