🛠️ What We Expect From You:
We’re looking for volunteers who are reliable, proactive, and enjoy being part of a team. You don’t need to be an expert — just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Volunteers must be self-sufficient and able to prepare their own meals during their stay. Our kitchen will be available for your use.
We are currently seeking someone with solid cooking experience who can help prepare daily meals, cook for our small team, serve meals, and keep the kitchen clean and well organized. Your main role will be in the kitchen, but you may also help in the garden — picking fresh vegetables and herbs to use for cooking.
Additional tasks may include:
Maintaining a tidy kitchen and dining area
Preparing ingredients, managing leftovers, and keeping the space organized
Harvesting fresh produce from the garden
Cleaning cabins and bathrooms

🌅 What You Can Expect From Us:
In exchange, you’ll receive comfortable shared accommodation, healthy meals, and time to explore one of the most stunning regions on earth. You’ll learn about off-grid living, eco-building, organic food, and the local Patagonian culture.
We’ll treat you like part of our family — sharing meals, stories, and adventures together. You’ll have afternoons and weekends free to hike, journal, relax by the fire, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet that Patagonia offers.

❤️ A Shared Journey
Because this is our first time welcoming volunteers, we see this as a shared journey — one where we learn from each other, exchange ideas, and co-create a space built on respect, kindness, and sustainability.
If you’re looking to slow down, give back, and be part of something authentic from the ground up, we’d love to have you join us.
