The experience
Join our vibrant team as a Community Host at ESO Hotel! You’ll be the heart of our guest experience — organizing daily activities that bring travelers together and create unforgettable memories.
Your main role is to plan and lead community events such as beach games, art workshops, tours, and social evenings. Keep the energy high, connect guests from around the world, and help make ESO the best place to stay in Santa Teresa!
What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Arts:
Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.
Tour Guide:
Organize and lead tours around the city.
Party Promoter:
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Bartending:
Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
What you get
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details
Your main mission is to organize daily activities, welcome drinks, and events that help travelers connect — from beach sports and art workshops to tours and themed evenings. You’ll create a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
Activities & Shift
You’ll work around 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off to relax and enjoy Santa Teresa. Each day is different — depending on the planned activities, you might start in the morning or later in the day to prepare and host events.
