What you offer

4 hours of help per day

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Program Details

What we expect from volunteers

We’re looking for friendly, responsible and positive people to join our small surf camp team.

Main tasks include:

Cleaning rooms for guest check-ins and check-outs;

Daily cleaning of common areas to keep the camp clean and organised (around 4 hours per day, depending on needs);

Guest relations support: welcoming guests, answering basic questions and helping create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere;

Bringing good energy, a positive attitude and a team spirit to the camp.

We value volunteers who are organised, proactive, communicative and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

We are a small and cosy surf camp, located just a few minutes from Arrifana Beach, in the Algarve.
