What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

For the Bartender (Night Shift) and Tour Guide roles, additional rules and expectations may include:

*Bartender (Night Shift):*

- Maintain confidentiality about customer information and conversations
- Adhere to responsible serving practices and laws
- Stay updated on cocktail menus, ingredients, and promotions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Wear appropriate attire and maintain a professional demeanor

*Tour Guide:*

- Ensure safety and well-being of tour participants
- Provide accurate and engaging information about attractions
- Adapt tours to meet group needs and preferences
- Respect local customs, traditions, and environments
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and conditions

Activities & Shift

*Daily Schedule:*

- 8:00 AM: Breakfast time! 🍳
- 9:00 AM: Head to the project
- 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Work on tasks at the project (4 hours)
- 1:00 PM: Head back home for lunch 🍔
- Afternoon: Work on tasks or projects online 💻
- If done with work and feeling bored, take a walk or do something refreshing to clear your mind 🌳
- Evening: Relax, have dinner, and unwind 🌅
- Get ready for the next day
