The experience

Join us as a volunteer for the annual English Storytelling and Singing Contest, proudly held by Rumah Inggris Course Ngawi! 🎤📚

We’re looking for cheerful, responsible, and English-speaking volunteers who love working with kids and making great memories.
Be part of an exciting event that celebrates creativity, confidence, and culture — while gaining valuable experience and new friends! 💫


What you offer

15 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

🎤 Judge – Singing Contest

Evaluate participants based on vocal quality, pronunciation, expression, and stage presence.
Be fair, objective, and ready to give helpful feedback.


📖 Judge – Storytelling Contest

Assess fluency, pronunciation, creativity, and performance.
Focus on how well the story is delivered and understood by the audience.


Activities & Shift

olunteers will join our English Department team to support the Annual Storytelling and Singing Contest. Your role includes assisting teachers and students during event preparation, rehearsals, and contest sessions. You may help with coordination, timekeeping, judging, and giving feedback to participants.
