Come live & work in paradise! Help keep our bungalows & Të Sula spotless, tend the gardens, just minutes from the stunning Pacific Coast.

Accommodation is private & included. Here you would have your own studio. It is more of a rustic Tico vibe but does have its own bathroom, small galley kitchen, covered porch & AC. All windows have screens.

Experience authentic Costa Rican coastal life in our family-run sanctuary.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Activities & Shift

What You’ll Do:
*As our live-in housekeeper and garden helper, you’ll:
*Clean to pool deck daily, as well as pool furniture
*Sweep and clean all walkways, lanais in front of bungalows, the palapa and more
*Keep the lavandería (laundry area) tidy and organized
*Assist with garden care (watering, weeding, pruning & tidying outdoor areas)
*Raking open spaces and occasional work in our small orchard
*Occasional deep-cleaning projects
*Respect guest privacy, guest common space, and the privacy of our family home

Welcome to Mística Natural! We’re happy to host you as a volunteer and appreciate your support in helping us care for this space and our guests. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, please carefully read and follow the guidelines below.

🕊️ General Conduct & Community Respect
* Mística Natural is a peaceful, family-friendly, guest-centered environment.
* Volunteers are expected to act professionally, respectfully, and responsibly at all times.
* Quiet hours are **9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.**
* No parties, loud conversations, or amplified music at any time.

🚫 Alcohol & Substances
* No alcohol is permitted while staying on the property as a volunteer.
* Please plan accordingly before arrival.
* This rule applies at all times, including days off.

🍽️ Meals
* Breakfast and lunch supplies will be provided.
* Volunteers are responsible for their own dinner — please plan ahead and bring dinner supplies with you. We will offer dinners and other treats during your stay.

👕 Dress Code (While Working) To maintain a respectful environment for guests:
* Clothing must be appropriate and modest while working.
* No short shorts
* No crop tops
* No shirts with offensive language or imagery
* Clothing should be clean, comfortable, and suitable for a hospitality setting.

Guest Areas & Amenities:

Use of pools and the palapa is not permitted while guests are on the property or when there are active guest reservations.
Volunteers may only use these areas with explicit permission and when no guests are present.

Visitors & Security:
Absolutely no unregistered visitors are allowed on the property.
Individuals met online or off-property are not permitted on-site
